It is easy to customize Molecular Editor. There are many inherent capabilities within the program, and by using a resource editor, more modifications can be made so that Molecular Editor fits your needs. Included with the program are resource templates (of type TMPL) to edit special resources that I have created. Be careful not to change the size of the windows, or the program may not work. Caution : only experienced users should attempt this.
